We love eating these in the morning with coffee as a pre-run snack or even at night as a dessert. Recipe by @veggie_trails

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup softened dates
- 1/4 cup Great Lakes Collagen Peptides
- 1 cup nuts (use any combination, I did pecans and hazelnuts!)
- 1/4 cup nut butter
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup oats
Directions
- Blend all the ingredients together in a food processor.
- It will be VERY sticky.
- Then add oats until you get your desired consistency to form into a ball (1 cup).
- Use a cookie scooper to make balls and freeze.
- I like to keep them in the freezer!
