- Time: 5 minutes prep, 8 hours to freeze
Ingredients
- 16 ounces full fat coconut milk
- 4 scoops Great Lakes Chocolate Collagen Peptides
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 4 tablespoons coconut oil or ghee
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
Directions
- Warm coconut milk and coconut oil or ghee in microwave or on stove top until very hot but not boiling.
- Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth and frothy.
- Transfer to popsicle molds and freeze overnight.
