These refreshing popsicles require only a few ingredients and are so quick and easy to prepare. The hint of coconut really gives them a little something special and their creamy, chocolatey goodness will bring back memories of your favorite childhood summers.   • Warm coconut milk and coconut oil or ghee in microwave or on stove top until very hot but not boiling.
  • Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth and frothy. 
  • Transfer to popsicle molds and freeze overnight.
