Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 2 kale leaves
- 1 orange or 1/3 pints of gooseberries
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 2 scoops of Great Lakes Collagen Peptides
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp honey
Directions
- Combine all ingredients.
- Mix on high until smooth.
- Add ice cubes or cold water, if desired. Mix on high until smooth.
