Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup Great Lakes Vanilla Collagen
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 2-3 tbsp tahini (or other nut/seed butter)
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Directions
- In a medium bowl mix together the almond flour, collagen, and sea salt.
- Add in the maple syrup and 2 tbsp of tahini and mix until well combined.
- If dough is still dry add in the last tbsp of tahini until a dough forms.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Scoop out dough and form into balls.
- Store in fridge or freezer!
