The ultimate ‘healthy’ chocolate chip cookie made with collagen peptides, alternative flours and all-natural maple sugar. These cookies are gluten-free, chewy, gooey and full of flavor!

Ingredients
- 1 cup thick raw cashew butter
- 1 cup maple sugar
- 1 egg, whisked
- 1/4 cup Great Lakes Collagen Peptides
- 1 Tbsp. tapioca flour
- 1 Tbsp. coconut flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together cashew butter, maple sugar, and egg.
- Then mix in collagen, tapioca, coconut flour, baking soda, vanilla, salt and chocolate chips.
- Use a cookie scoop to scoop out around 2 tablespoons of dough and make into a round ball. Place parchment paper lined baking sheet. This dough will create about 12 cookies.
- Place baking sheet into the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes.
